Ryan Salvages Sixth at Wayne County

ORRVILLE, Ohio (September 1, 2024) MAR Motorsports and Jordan Ryan kicked off their Labor Day weekend with a return to Wayne County Speedway as the Fast On Dirt Sprint Car Series invaded the 3/8-mile oval for the Pete Jacobs Memorial.

After a strong qualifying effort saw him pick the fast time honors in his qualifying group, Ryan blasted into the $10,000-to-win main event with a third-place finish in his heat. Starting in third, Jordan was closing in on the leader when contact with a lane-changing lapped car nearly sent him spinning. He salvaged a sixth-place finish in the 30-lap affair.
