Ryan Records Podium Finish with All-Stars at Attica Raceway Park

Taking part in the opening round of the 41st running of the Ohio Sprint Speedweek, MAR Motorsports and Jordan Ryan invaded Attica Raceway Park (Attica, Ohio) on Friday evening to compete with the Tezos All Star Circuit of Champions presented by Mobil 1.

With 36 Sprints in the pit area, Ryan timed in 10th-quickest overall before outrunning Greg Wilson in his heat race to pick up the win. Chasing a $6,000 payday in the feature, Jordan shot into the lead on the drop of the green flag and paced the first seven circuits before defending All Star champion Tyler Courtney stole the top spot. Jordan went on to place third in the 35-lapper, his best career finish with the national touring series. He followed Zeb Wise and Courtney across the line with Craig Mintz and Cole Macedo completing the top-five finishers.

With Sunday’s Ohio Sprint Speedweek at Wayne County Speedway (Orrvile, Ohio) wiped out by Mother Nature, Ryan returned to the 3/8-mile oval on Monday where he raced into the $10,000-to-win Duffy Smith Memorial with a fifth-to-third run in his heat. Rolling off 10th, Jordan was forced to retire early after heavy track conditions added to much weight in mud on his No. 25R entry.
